Kids Yoga (3–6 Years)

Bring your child to explore the wild world of yoga and watch them adventure through postures they'll love and understand like puppy dog, kitty cat, shooting star, and butterfly! Encourage their curiosity of the 5 senses while they learn useful breath exercises like "bumble-bee breath", "smell the flowers", and "balloon breath". We'll even explore their emotions and end with some musical fun!

AGES: 3–6 Years

Bring a mat, if possible!

Parents can join their little one on the mat or sit in the back of the room and watch their journey!
